Privacy policy

• School accounts. Name, email, role and the school you belong to. Your password is stored hashed, never in plain text.
• Students. The name and email a coach enters, so we can send the report. Students don’t create an account.
• Footage. The videos a school uploads, and the comments, drawings and voice notes coaches add.
• Technical data. IP address, browser and basic logs, to keep the service running and secure.

We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t sell personal data.

A report is private. It opens from a link sent to the student’s email, and only the student and the school’s staff can see it. Links expire after 7 days; the student can ask for a new one.

We use footage only to deliver the service to the school. We don’t use it to train models, and we don’t show it to anyone else. Schools agree the consent wording with their students before filming.

We store data with [HOSTING PROVIDER] in the [REGION].

• Untrimmed uploads are deleted [N] days after the report is sent.
• Trimmed clips and reports are kept while the school’s account is open, and deleted within [N] days of it closing.
• Logs are kept for [N] days.

A school can delete a session, a clip or a report at any time.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to how we use it. If you’re a student, the fastest route is your school, since they control the footage; you can also write to us and we’ll pass it on.
